2.- You will have to share with us the real estate payment receipts (transfers and/or deposits) and the bank appraisal.
3.- As soon as your transaction is ready for funding, you will sign a «mutual» so that your transaction can be funded.
4.- Once your file is completed and your award is authorized, we will schedule the signing of your deed within 15 days.
